UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Breast Imaging Coordinator in Worcester, MA to support the breast health team with scheduling, documentation, and patient education. You will ensure timely access to diagnostic imaging and procedures, maintain accurate records in the EMR, and communicate with clinicians throughout the patient journey.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year healthcare experience in a patient-facing role, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to privacy and quality care.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate education about breast imaging and diagnostic testing.
• Track and follow up on patients from abnormal imaging to biopsy if needed.
• Coordinate scheduling of ultrasound, MRI, and biopsy procedures.
• Ensure EMR documentation is complete and accurate.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
