Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to drive analytics for the breast cancer franchise within Oncology. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, leverage secondary data sources, and translate findings into strategic narratives for brand teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Identify trends and opportunities using IQVIA, Symphony Health and other data sources.
• Analyze performance by patient segments and biomarkers to inform brand strategy decisions.
• Provide subnational analytics to surface geographic variation in performance.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable narratives for brand teams and leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and other reporting infrastructure for accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively validate data anomalies and ensure reliable insights for stakeholders.
