Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a breakfast shift supervisor to oversee operations during the morning hours at our Hardee's restaurant. You will ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will manage the breakfast shift, train and coach crew, monitor equipment, control inventory and labor costs, and help with scheduling, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast shift operations per company standards.
• Coach and train crew; lead team meetings as needed.
• Ensure equipment and biscuit station are clean and maintained.
• Control inventory and labor to meet food cost and staffing goals.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and HR policies.
