Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Breakfast Shift Supervisor to lead the breakfast operations at a Hardee's location. You will oversee crew, maintain quality, and drive profitability while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of shift management, the ability to train staff, and strong teamwork. You will schedule, monitor labor costs, and ensure guest service during breakfast hours, with opportunities for career growth within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained, and all equipment used for breakfast production is cleaned and stored properly.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain an adequate supply of all products and items necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with counts.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper procedures.
• Responsible for cash handling and adherence to cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Assist Sr./General Manager with interviewing/hiring compliant staff.
• Ensure appearance and professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
