Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's in Paintsville, KY. You will supervise the breakfast shift, ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and drive profitability through efficient operations and great guest service.

You will lead a team, coach crew members, schedule staff, and help with hiring while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast quality, service, and cleanliness; manage inventory and equipment.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train, coach, and develop crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Conduct crew meetings and communicate promotions, safety, and procedures.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff and maintain records.
