Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Manager for Hardee's in Hazard, KY to supervise the breakfast shift, uphold the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, and drive profitability.

You will lead and develop crew, coach performance, schedule staff, manage equipment and cash procedures, control food costs, and assist the Senior/General Manager with interviewing and hiring qualified team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment, including ovens, flat grills and the biscuit station area, are cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
