Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Help maintain quality, service and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Assist with scheduling to control labor costs and guest flow.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of managers.
