Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to lead the breakfast shift, maintain high standards of quality and guest service, and drive profitability. You’ll coach crew, manage inventory and safety, and support scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead breakfast shifts and guest service teams.
• Ability to coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly.
• Manage labor costs and scheduling to meet company targets.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and financial controls.
• Train and develop crew under senior management guidance.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations, safety, and promotions.
