Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager at Hardee's Ninth Street to supervise the breakfast shift, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will lead crew, coach and discipline when needed, manage inventory and labor, and partner with the general manager to meet company standards while delivering a welcoming, fast-paced dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and cleanliness; ensure safe operation.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Lead crew meetings and communicate procedures and safety policies.
• Assist with scheduling and controlling labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Support interviewing and hiring processes in line with regulations.
