Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the hotel breakfast service and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items in the breakfast or reception area, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked space and assisting guests and vendors.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. Training and wellness benefits are provided as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle problems in the workplace, anticipate and solve them.
• Readily available and approachable for guests while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after.
• Maintain a well-stocked breakfast service area at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from guest tables and assist with beverage orders.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors; ensure safety and cleanliness.
