Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the hotel breakfast service and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality. The role involves preparing and serving made-to-order items in the breakfast area, with a focus on guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include stocking the service area, guiding beverage orders to the kitchen, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing and solving problems.
• Able to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for guests while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after.
• Keep the breakfast service area well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables.
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with high standards of safety and cleanliness.
