Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee breakfast service and ensure guests enjoy high-quality food and a welcoming experience.

You will prepare made-to-order items, keep the area stocked, and help maintain safety and cleanliness. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a focus on guest satisfaction across shifts within the hotel breakfast or reception area.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and made-to-order items.
• Keep breakfast service area well-stocked throughout service.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from guests' tables.
• Receive beverage orders and relay to kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and floors after service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure a great guest experience.
