Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and guest satisfaction remains high at our hotel. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with inquiries in the breakfast area.

The role requires flexibility with scheduling and a focus on safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace and solve them as needed.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve made-to-order breakfast and beverages in the hotel breakfast or reception area.
• Keep the breakfast service area well stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables after meals.
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
