Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure the hotel breakfast service runs smoothly and guests enjoy a high-quality experience. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items, restock the service area, and assist guests throughout breakfast service.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and exceptional guest service in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving breakfast items and beverages.
• Maintain a well-stocked breakfast service area at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables and dining areas.
• Receive beverage orders and relay to kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after service.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and high-quality breakfast experience from start to finish.
