Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hospitality team member to serve food and beverages, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires friendly, professional service and adherence to state liquor regulations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders into POS, delivering meals and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness. The position operates in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment with varied shifts and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified
• Hold a valid TABC license
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record order details, repeat back for accuracy, and input into POS.
• Deliver orders with beverages and condiments to guests.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and check guest age where required.
• Restock and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Assist other restaurant personnel when needed.
