Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, serve breakfasts, and maintain a clean and inviting breakfast area. The role requires flexibility due to 24/7 hotel operations and involves food preparation, inventory, and assisting with replenishment.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards, with responsibilities including keeping areas tidy and complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude required.
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and provide friendly service.
• Set up and maintain breakfast area per brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
• Assist in ordering or purchasing food supplies.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, hot foods, coffee and juices.
• Keep breakfast area clean and organized; restock items as needed.
• Wash glassware and utensils; maintain clean working areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and SOPs/LSOPs.
