Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a welcoming start for guests, serving breakfasts with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

The role involves maintaining the breakfast area, restocking, and coordinating with hotel staff to keep operations running smoothly in a bustling hotel environment.

This position supports guest satisfaction through proactive service and adherence to safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with solid communication abilities.
• Experience in restaurant service is preferred.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings.
• Food Handler’s Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area per brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies.
• Assist in ordering or purchasing food supplies.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, hot food, coffee, and juices.
• Restock items and keep breakfast area clean.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage.
• Maintain a safe and inviting breakfast area.
• Follow SOPs and LSOPs; participate in team huddles.
