Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hospitality professional to provide courteous, timely food and beverage service, take orders, and deliver items with a focus on guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes accuracy, friendliness, and professional conduct in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, ensure order accuracy, monitor liquor service per regulations, assist with bussing and cleaning, and maintain safety standards throughout

Qualificações

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations related to serving alcohol.
• Ability to greet guests, take orders, and communicate menu details clearly.
• Proficiency with POS systems to enter orders and process payments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials.
• Record and repeat orders to ensure accuracy.
