Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking staff for early-morning service roles in Savannah, GA. The position starts at 5:30am with duties including setting up and breaking down the buffet, greeting guests, and serving water and beverages.

You will ensure cleanliness and quality throughout breakfast service. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, are at least 18, and demonstrate professionalism with a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professionalism.
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude.
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the buffet daily, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service.
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table.
• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary.
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner.
• Observes guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed.
• Control quality and consistency of all food served.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier.

The pay range for this role is: $12.00 per hour
