Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group is hiring a Restaurant Server for Lavender Rooftop Kitchen + Bar in Savannah, GA. We seek team players passionate about hospitality and guest service, with a professional attitude and a willingness to greet guests warmly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and anticipate needs.
• Maintains a caring and respectful attitude toward guests.

Responsibilities

• Serves ice water and/or coffee upon greeting the table.
• Relays orders accurately to kitchen or bar and serves courses.
• Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving.
• Serves patrons from dish at table on occasion.
• Observes diners to fulfill requests and determine when meals are finished.
• Totals bill and handles payment or directs to cashier.
• Replenishes supplies and prepares for the next meal.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Serves ice water and/or coffee upon greeting the table
• Accurately relays order to kitchen or bar and serves courses from kitchen and service bars
• Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving
• Serves patrons from dish at table on occasion
• Observes diners to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
• Totals bill and accept payment or refers patron to cashier, using arithmetic, including making change
• Replenishes supplies and prepares for the next meal
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Other duties as assigned
