Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah seeks a Breakfast Server for Latitude to deliver warm, attentive service at breakfast and support pool service during peak seasons.

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a seamless dining experience, while upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience in fine dining or upscale casual preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of breakfast service including coffee, tea, and morning cocktails is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems and handling guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring an exceptional breakfast and brunch experience.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations based on dietary preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to detail and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining spaces.
• Assist with table setups, refilling beverages, and delivering items as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow.

Job Summary

The Breakfast Server at Latitude is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming dining experience during breakfast service. Reporting to the Latitude General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, this role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal for all guests. The Breakfast Server plays a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each morning, offering attentive service in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Position will support the pool service during peak seasons.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Latitude

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time / Morning Shift

Pay Rate: $7.25/hr. plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
