Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Salad Line Cook to join our kitchen team and maintain clean, organized stations for the breakfast service. You will prepare vegetables and components to the chef’s specifications and help the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Ability to work as part of a team during busy service.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and vegetables according to chef’s specifications.
• Set up and maintain breakfast line stations and mise en place.
• Assist executive and sous chefs with daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and proper food safety.
• Ensure correct portions and monitor freshness of ingredients.
