Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Pasta Line Cook to prepare dishes to the chef's specifications and set up line stations. You will assist the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Willingness to work as a team player.
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and kitchen.
• Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.
• Good knowledge of food plating techniques.
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time when cooking and preparing food.
• Willingness to work required shifts, i.e., night shift, breakfast rush, including evenings and weekends.
• A culinary school degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to the chef's specifications and set up line stations.
