Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is hiring a Salad Line Cook to join our kitchen team and prepare dishes to the chef’s specifications. The Breakfast Line Cook's duties will include assisting the executive and sous chef with daily tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ultimately, you will contribute to delivering a pleasant dining experience for our guests. A strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen is ideal.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
• Team player with ability to coordinate meal service
• Organizational skills for an orderly workspace
• Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
• Good knowledge of food plating techniques
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Track meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes
• Chop and prepare vegetables and other non-meat ingredients
• Stock ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations
• Check perishable ingredients and freshness
• Understand portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry and seafood
• Read order tickets and recipes accurately
• Maintain a clean station at all times
