Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Salad Line Cook to join our kitchen team and uphold cleanliness around the restaurant. The role involves preparing ingredients to exact specifications and setting up station workflows under chefs' guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Team player with ability to coordinate meal service.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
• Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of food plating techniques.
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and components to ensure timely dishes.
• Chop and prep vegetables and non-meat items.
• Stock ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations.
• Check freshness of perishable items.
• Understand portions when cutting meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Read and follow order tickets and recipes.
• Ensure proper cross-contamination prevention.
• Maintain a clean station at all times.
