Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This full-time, on-site role requires overseeing staff, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards and food safety procedures.

The GM will monitor P&L performance, manage budgets, drive promotions, and engage with the local community to grow sales and profitability while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus.
• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
