Arya Restaurant Group Eggs Up Grill in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager for breakfast and daytime dining. Lead operations, maintain food quality, guest satisfaction, and P&L performance.

The role requires a high-energy leader, 50 hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a strong focus on team development, health and safety standards, and delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in a high-volume restaurant with breakfast/brunch emphasis.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, 50 hours+ between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
• Strong leadership, accountability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Manage shift schedules, labor controls, inventory, and restaurant P&L performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales growth, operational standards, and guest loyalty.
