Qualifications

• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Role Description

The Restaurant General Manager at Eggs Up Grill in Holly Springs, NC is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This full-time, on-site role includes leading and developing team members, managing staffing levels, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and food safety procedures. The General Manager monitors sales, costs, and profitability, oversees P&L performance, and manages budgets to achieve financial targets. Responsibilities also include scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The General Manager partners with ownership and support teams to execute promotions, drive community engagement, and support ongoing growth of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting, with a focus on achieving profitability and controlling costs.
• Strong guest-focused abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Talent management experience in Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality or food service.
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed within the 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. operating hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
