Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Aim to achieve breakfast sales growth while maintaining quality and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained; store properly after shift.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc.
• Maintain inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with counts.
• Maintain reports/records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling to manage labor costs and guest flow.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
