Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s. You will supervise the breakfast shift, maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, and drive profitability on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable; cheerful and positive attitude.
• Values teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth while upholding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings on procedures, promotions and safety.
• Maintain inventory to meet food cost standards and assist with counts.
• Keep records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Manage cash procedures and scheduling to control labor costs.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff; train crew under leadership.
• Support Sr./General Manager as needed and assist during lunch shifts when required.
