Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for its Hardee’s operation. You will supervise the breakfast shift, ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness, and drive breakfast sales growth while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company standards and state/federal regulations. Must be 18+, possess shift management experience, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Able to lead, recognize, and train talent
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift per company standards.
• Maintain breakfast area equipment and cleanliness.
• Coach and discipline crew as needed; support scheduling and labor control.
• Hold regular crew meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and training.
• Manage inventory and food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain records and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and cash handling is proper.
• Assist with hiring and interviewing to staff the restaurant.
