Bruegger's Bagels in Cincinnati is seeking a General Manager to supervise all store operations with a hands-on, owner-mentality approach. The one-shift model starts with early mornings; you’ll oversee bake, audit readiness, catering orders, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll lead a team, manage scheduling, inventory, deposits, and closing routines, while coaching staff to achieve food cost and labor targets. The role emphasizes promoting talent and driving store performance.

Qualifications

• Successful GMs have 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable but tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
• Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent is a key function for our leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a focused, hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure audit readiness, catering/mobile/in-store orders are executed, and guests have an exceptional experience.
• Float across positions during breakfast and lunch rushes; manage scheduling, inventory, and deposits, closing before dinner time.
