Bruegger's Bagels in Omaha, NE is seeking a General Manager who will oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership style. The role starts early, with shifts beginning around 4am for baking, ensuring audit readiness, handling catering and in-store orders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Successful candidates typically have 1–3 years of GM or AGM experience in restaurants, knowledge of P&L analysis, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator who can motivate and inspire the team.
• P&L analysis exposure is valuable and experience with food cost and labor targets is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a 'treat it like you own it' approach.
• Open and close the store, manage deposits, schedules, and inventories.
• Ensure audit readiness, catering/in-store orders, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop staff, live our schedule with morning shifts and no late nights.
