Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee store operations with a hands-on, ownership mentality. You’ll lead a one-shift operation, starting as early as 4am, ensuring audit readiness, managing catering and in-store orders, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Successful GMs typically have 1–3 years of prior GM/AGM experience in hospitality, with valuable exposure to P&L analysis and labor cost targets. No nights or evenings; early schedule to maximize family time.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in a restaurant setting (1–3 years).
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset.
• Experience with P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a hands-on, owner mindset.
• Lead daily operations from 4am open to 2pm close, including bake, orders, and audit readiness.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage inventory and deposits.
