Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on approach. You will manage breakfasts and lunches, ensure audit readiness, and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Start as early as 4am, with a 2pm close and a 30-45 minute daily close. Training lasts five weeks and a strong bonus/benefits package is offered. Must be 18+ with 1–3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant.
• Experience with P&L analysis is valuable.
• Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure audit readiness, execute catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage scheduling, deposits, and daily close-out before dinner time; participate in inventory as needed.
