Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older
• Preferably valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to meet company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and biscuit station are clean and maintained.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with counts.
• Schedule staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew; conduct team meetings as needed.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
