Job summary

C Café Exchange, part of Table & Banter Hospitality, seeks passionate Line Cooks to join a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You will prepare and execute breakfast and lunch items, showcase breakfast skills with eggs in multiple styles, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, strong knife skills, and ServSafe certification. Flexible to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or breakfast-focused kitchen.
• Strong breakfast cooking experience, including eggs prepared in multiple styles.
• Proficient knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification is required; Manager certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items per recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Execute breakfast and lunch service efficiently with quality and consistency.
• Proficient at breakfast cookery, including multiple egg preparations.
• Manage multiple orders and stations in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation during each shift.
