Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information to others.
• Basic math skills for measurements and portions.
• Good teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure foods are held at correct temperatures.
• Assist with food prep per menu plan and plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper FIFO storage.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present to customers appealingly.
• Assist with dishwashing and maintain proper sanitation and safety.
