Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks team members to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines. You will participate in occasional catering and perform all kitchen duties according to the menu plan and Opaa! recipes.

Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, batch cooking, maintaining food temperatures, and keeping areas clean. The role requires following HACCP guidelines and safety procedures daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and menu plans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch and assist with serving lines.
• Set up serving lines daily and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu and plan; batch cook as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper care and safety.
• Maintain clean work areas and FIFO inventory practices.
• Assist with cleaning and restocking serving areas.
