Qualifications

• Breakfast or line cook experience preferred, but training available.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins
• Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
• Work efficiently during high-volume breakfast service while maintaining quality
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Assist with prep work for upcoming services as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
