Job summary

Bartolino’s in St. Louis is seeking a busser to help maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers during busy service times. You will play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided to the right person.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.
• Assist servers by delivering bread, water, and other table items as needed.
• Refill water glasses and help keep beverages stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
• Remove used dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly.
• Ensure floor areas are clean and free of hazards.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after service.
• Work as part of a team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
