Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
• Measure and portion ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, and other components ahead of service.
• Properly store food items and label them with dates to ensure freshness and food safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area.
• Assist line cooks and chefs during service when needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to help set the kitchen up for success by ensuring all ingredients and stations are ready for service. Pay is based on experience.

What You’ll Do
