Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and drinks according to Bartolino’s standards
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and service areas
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Work closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
