Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages per property.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Greet guests and keep breakfast area clean and stocked.
• Restock food and beverage stations and maintain inventory.
• Maintain high personal appearance and wear the uniform.
• Prepare and serve beverages and basic breakfast items as required.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side work.
• Handle cashiering tasks at end of shift.
• Answer guest questions about local area attractions.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments for VIPs.
