Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the breakfast area.
• Maintain a clean, stocked breakfast area and assist with food and beverage service.
• Greet guests, seat as needed, and respond to requests courteously.
• Ensure menus and areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Operate opening/closing routines and side work as assigned.
• Prepare espresso/coffee and beverage offerings as required.
• Handle cashiering tasks and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Communicate any VIP or special requests to appropriate departments.
