Qualifications

• Hotel/restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items in advance and monitor for proper portions and timing.
• Date and rotate perishables; maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and communicate shortages to the team.
• Keep buffets stocked and help with station setup and cleanup.
