Qualifications

• Hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portioning.
• Rotate perishables and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, prep needs, and restock buffet as needed.
• Keep equipment clean and safe, including fryers and grills.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
