You will complete opening task lists, unwrap and prep items, monitor dates and freshness, gather equipment, write and review prep, stock stations, and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation throughout service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional cooking experience.
• Strong understanding of culinary preparations and advanced knife skills.
• Background check clearance.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening task lists to prepare for daily operations.
• Unwrap/prepare prepped items and check dates and freshness.
• Gather equipment and shift needs.
• Write prep list and review prior night’s prep to ensure stock and pars.
• Prep food items for service period.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Restock station throughout shift and before handover.
• Clean and breakdown station at shift change.
