Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Breakfast Cook in Royal Oak, MI. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cooking experience in a high-paced environment and can learn all menu items for the assigned station. The role involves maintaining quality and safety standards and timely order production.

Shifts are 8 hours during the day. A high school diploma is required, and prior hospitality experience is preferred for growth within the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high paced or elevating dining environment.
• Learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
• Maintain all food quality and food safety guidelines, including shift checklists, temperature logs, waste logs and inventory.
• Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
