Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a full-time Cook to set up, cook, and maintain quality while meeting health guidelines. Morning shifts, 30–38 hours weekly, with higher pay for breakfast experience. Join a company with a long-standing hotel-focused portfolio and a culture that rewards growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields.
• Good culinary knowledge and standards.
• Prior Line Cook, Breakfast Cook, Banquet Cook or similar experience preferred.
• Certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and organize workstation for production of food items.
• Prepare, thaw, cut and portion food according to menu standards.
• Plate food with garnishments and proper quantities.
• Maintain health department guidelines and safety practices.
• Work day shifts, holidays as needed and rotating days off.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, and side duties.
